Some Sun This Morning – Mid Michigan

We could actually see the sun rise this morning in spite of many clouds, but since then, our sky has completely cleared up.  Unfortunately, it’s not going to last, but at least we know that the sun still exists.  Temperatures won’t warm up much today and there is snow on the way for tomorrow.  Local forecasts are calling for 2-4 inches for my area.  Our highs for next week are expected to be below average with highs only in the 20s and lows at night in the teens.  It’s about time that we got some winter.  As I’ve said before, I like snow this time of year when we don’t have many daylight hours.

Our 10:15 AM temperature is 32°F, the humidity is 86%, and skies are mostly clear.  Winds are from the southwest at 5-9 mph.  The wind chill is 28°F and visibility is 10 miles.  The pressure is 30.16″ and rising.  Yesterday’s high was 32°F and the overnight low was 25°F.  Average temps for this date are 30°F / 15°F.  Sunrise was at 8 AM and sunset will be at 5:39 PM.

DURAND / OWOSSO FORECAST:
