More Thunderstorms In Our Forecast – Mid Michigan

Our morning is pleasant but we are expecting more storms this afternoon.  We certainly don’t need any more rain for awhile as our yard hasn’t totally dried out from last Thursday.  But it is what it is, and at least we aren’t dealing with what Florida is expecting.  It sure doesn’t sound good for them, especially since hurricane winds aren’t expected to diminish as it crosses the state.  I wouldn’t want to deal with that every hurricane season.  I guess that’s why I live in Michigan.

Our 11:30 AM temperature is 72°F (22°C), the humidity is 68%, and winds are from the SSW at 2-10 mph.  The pressure is 29.81 in (1009.5 mb) and falling, and the dew point is 56°F (13°C).  Skies are partly cloudy.  The Air Quality Index is good at 44, and the UV Index is moderate at 3.  Yesterday’s high was 75°F (24°C) and the overnight low was 51°F (11°C).  Average temps for this date are 78°F/56°F.  Sunrise was at 6:58 AM and sunset will be at 8:19 PM.  Visibility is 12 miles.
