Finally, Some Sun – Mid Michigan

We never did get our sunshine yesterday.  It peeked out a couple of times for about 15 seconds, and that was it.  Someone once told me that the Lansing, MI area is one of the cloudiest places in the US, and I wouldn’t be surprised if that was true.  But we will celebrate our sun that we have today, even though it is only for one day.  Looking at our forecast for the remainder of the week, there is rain expected everyday right up to Saturday.  The lawn needs mowing again but not certain when that will happen.

Our 12:30 PM temperature is 59°F (15°C), the humidity is 72%, and skies are clear.  Winds are from the south at 3-6 mph and the dew point is 46°F (8°C).  The pressure is 29.90 mb (1012.5 mb) and falling.  Visibility is 11 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 54°F (12°C) and the overnight low was 37°F (3°C).  Sunrise was at 7:54 AM and sunset will be at 6:51 PM.
