A Gloomy Day After Christmas . . ..

A Gloomy Day After Christmas . . ..

Although today has looked like rain all day, we haven’t gotten a drop as yet.  Rain is in the forecast  for tonight, although no great amounts are expected.  No sun is in the forecast until Saturday and rain is in the forecast everyday.  I think that I’ve said a few times, that I’d rather have snow this time of year.  Daylight hours are short enough without the gloom of a rainy day.  Unfortunately, I have no control over it.  I hope that everyone had a lovely Christmas day.

Our 4 PM temperature is 54°F, the humidity is 92%, and winds are from the E at 1-5 mph.  The dew point is 50°F and the pressure is 29.71 in and falling.  Yesterday’s high was 54°F and the overnight low was 48°F.  Average temps for this date are 32°F/20°F.  The old record high was in 2011 at 53°F, and the record low was -5°F set in 2018.  Sunrise was at 8:08 AM and sunset will be at 5:08 PM.
