Looking Forward To A Moderate Warmup . . . .

Yesterday turned out to be mostly sunny by afternoon.  Unfortunately, the wind made it very uncomfortable to be outdoors.  The wind really picked up overnight and some gusts reached close to 30 mph.  Today is still windy but not quite as bad.  Temperatures will only reach the mid 30s today, then a significant warmup begins tomorrow and through most of next week.

Our 2 PM temperature is 35°F (2°C), the humidity is 66%, and skies are cloudy.  Winds are from the west at 9-17 mph, and the wind chill is 25°F (-4°C).  The pressure is 29.63 in (1003.4 mb) and rising, and the dew point is 22°F (-6°C).  Visibility is 11 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 26°F (-3°C) and the overnight low was 20°F (-7°C).  Average temps for this date are 34°F/17°F.  Sunrise was at 7:32 AM and sunset will be at 6:12 PM.  We are gaining almost 3 minutes of daylight each day now.
