Sunny But Chilly . . .

Sunny But Chilly . . .

Our warm weather is leaving us for a few days but expected to return soon.  This winter has been weird weather-wise but I’m not complaining.  It’s been very unfortunate for those who love winter sports.  Even our  upper peninsula hardly has any snow which is really strange for February.  Temperatures will be closer to where they should be through the weekend, then back into the 50s and even 60s early next week.  What can I say???

Our 10:30 AM temperature is 41°F (5°C), the humidity is 73%, and winds are from the north at 4-9 mph.  The pressure is 29.56 in (1001.0 mb) and rising.  The dew point is 31°F (-1°C) and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 54°F (12°C) and the overnight low was 31°F (-1°C).  Average temps for this date are 35°F/19°F.  The record high for Feb. 22 is 66°F (18°C) set in 1930, and the record low is -14°F (-26°C) set in 1936.  Sunrise was at 7:24 AM and sunset will be at 6:18 PM.
