Becoming Sunny After An All Day Rain . . . . .

Yesterday was one the the wettest days that we’ve had in a long time.  We received 1.23″ of rain total, now the ground is like a sponge again.  Apparently this is what was left of Hurricane Toto.  The Atlantic hasn’t had one hurricane this season which is almost unheard of, but the Pacific is making up for it.

Our 11:45 AM temperature is 60°F, the humidity is 72% and skies are partly cloudy.  Winds are from the WNW at 6-7 mph, and the pressure is 29.88 in and rising.  The dew point is 49°F and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 66F and the overnight low was 49F.  Average temps for this date are 66°F/44°F.   Record temps for October 1 are 80°F (2025) and 30°F (2009).  Sunrise was at 7:35 AM and sunset will be at 7:17 PM.
