A Wind Advisory for Our Saturday in Mid Michigan

A Wind Advisory for Our Saturday in Mid Michigan

Our weekend is starting out with blustery weather and rain.  It’s going to be a not-so-nice Easter for us.  I was hoping that the forecast would change but no such luck.  What’s worse is that there is no warmup in the foreseeable future.  A wind advisory is in effect with gusts up to 50 mph possible this afternoon.  I’m hoping that there will be no power outages.  The generator is in place just in case.

Our 1 PM temperature is 46°F (7°C), the humidity is 56% and winds are from the south at 20 mph and skies are cloudy.  The pressure is 29.95 in (1013.9 mb) and falling.  Visibility is 10 miles and the dew point is 32°F (0°C).  There has been a trace of rain so far.  The wind chill is 36°F.  Sunrise was at 7:20 AM and sunset will be at 8:01 PM.  A wind advisory remains in effect until 11 PM tonight.
