Finally, Some Warmer Weather in Mid Michigan

Today is the start of warmer temperatures which should finally be in the normal range by the weekend.  This weather is depressing.  Not only is it cold but cloudy and wet as well.  Our high temps last year at this time were in the mid to upper 70s, and this year we can’t even reach the normal low for our high temp.    Yesterday was the first in six days that we didn’t receive any measurable precip.  Maybe we are finally turning the corner on this  horrible spring weather.

Our 10:45 AM temp is 34°F (1°C), the humidity is 61% and skies are overcast.  Winds are calm (for a change).  The pressure is 29.88 in (1011.6 mb) and steady.  Visibility is 10 miles and the dew point is 26°F (-3°C).  Sunrise was at 6:49 AM and sunset will be at 8:22 PM.  Yesterday’s high was 36°F (2°C) and the overnight low was 32°F (0°C).   Normal temps for this date are 57°F / 37°F.
