A Welcome Cool-Down For Mid Michigan

A Welcome Cool-Down For Mid Michigan

What a difference a few days makes.  Today feels like a day in late September or early October but that’s okay.  We haven’t even reached 70°F today and it’s possible that we won’t.  From what I’ve heard, these cooler temperatures are just temporary and there will be more very warm weather still to come.  I hope that it happens at the end of the month which will be our last trip to our campground.  This is my favorite time of the year.  I love the cooler air, the lack of bugs, and colored leaves.

Right now (1:15 PM), our temp is 68°F (19°C), the humidity is 68%, and skies are cloudy.  Winds are from the northeast at 8 mph, and the dew point is 57°F (14°C).  The pressure is 30.29 in and falling.  Yesterday’s high was 73°F (23°C) and the overnight low was 55°F (13°C).  Averages for this date are 78°F / 54°F.  Sunrise was at 7:07 AM and sunset will be at 8:01 PM.
