A Very Chilly Saturday For Mid Michigan

Our Thanksgiving Day was nice  although the weather was chilly and cloudy.  I guess that would be normal for the end of November here in Michigan.  The kids were all home and everyone was stuffed.  This weekend, we’re expecting a mix of rain and possible freezing rain tonight through early tomorrow.  We are sort of on the boundary for the mix, and northern Michigan is expecting much worse.  I just hope that the forecast doesn’t change.

Our 11:15 AM temperature is 36°F (2°C), the humidity is 79% and winds are from the east at 14 mph, gusting to 17 mph.  That gives us a wind chill of 27°F (-3°C).  The pressure is 30.03 in (1016.9 mb) and falling.  Visibility is 10 miles and skies are overcast.  Yesterday’s high was 37°F (3°C) and the overnight low was 33°F (1°C).  Averages for this date are 38°F / 27°F.  Sunrise was at 7:46 AM and sunset will be at 5:03 PM.
