Our Taste Of Spring Is Over – Mid Michigan

We will start seeing a change in the weather tonight as a winter weather system moves in over the next few days.  We aren’t expecting any great amounts of snow, maybe up to 5 inches total over the next 3 days.  We can deal with that.  Highs will  be in the mid 20s to near freezing.  Much of it will be a rain / snow mix so total snow amounts are hard to predict at this time.  We really shouldn’t complain.  After all, it is still February.

Our 9:30 AM temperature is 37°F (3°C), the humidity is 74%, and winds are from the NNW at 3 mph.  The wind chill is 34°F (1°C).  Skies are mostly cloudy with filtered sun and visibility is 10 miles.  The pressure is 29.78 in (1008.5 mb) and rising. The dew point is 31°F (-1°C).  Yesterday’s high was 52°F (11°C) and the overnight low was 33°F (1°C).  Average temps for this date are 31°F / 17°F.
