Continued Hot In Mid Michigan

Today will be another day of hot, dry weather, although the humidity will  be on the rise.  The past two days have been remarkably dry in terms of humidity, which is rare for Michigan in summer.  There is no rain in the forecast until a week from today and this hot weather is expected to continue until then.  We will be heading up to Indian River tomorrow and I’m not sure that it will be much cooler there.  The WiFi in the campground hasn’t been working well, so I’m not sure that I’ll be able to blog.  We’ll see how it goes.

Our 10:30 AM temperature is 77°F (25°C), the humidity is 47%, and winds are NNE at 1-3 mph.  The dew point is 64°F (18°C).  The pressure is 29.97 in (1014.9 mb) and rising. The heat index is 79°F (26°C) and visibility is 10 miles.  Skies are clear.  Yesterday’s high was 86°F (30°C) and the overnight low was 60°F (16°C).  Sunrise was at 6:01 AM and sunset will be at 9:18 PM.
