Today Is Supposed To Be Sunny, But Not Much Sun So Far – Mid Michigan

Today began very cold with temps in the teens and we’ll be lucky to see the freezing mark today.  At least we don’t have strong winds to contend with.  Yesterday was a sad day for us.  My daughter had to have her old dog put to sleep and that’s always a hard thing to do.  The dog was 16 years old and my daughter  had her from a puppy.  So that put a bit of a damper on our holidays.  At least the sun was shining in the afternoon which helped a little with the mood.  We have lost all of our snow but more is expected tonight and tomorrow.

Our 1 PM temperature is 28F (-2C), the humidity is 61%, and winds are from the WSW at 2-3 mph. The wind chill is 21F (-6C) and the dew point is 15F (-9C).  The pressure is 30.55 in (1023.6 mb) and falling.  Skies are mostly cloudy and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 40F (4C), and the overnight low was 17F (-8C).  Average temps for this date are 31F / 21F.
