A Snowy Morning in Mid Michigan

A Snowy Morning in Mid Michigan

Snow began before I got up this morning and everything was white.  We are under a snow advisory until 6 PM which has been extended from 4 PM.  We shoveled about three inches so far and it is still coming down.  There is another mass of cold air coming our way, so I don’t expect this to melt anytime soon.

our 2:15 PM temp is 31F (-1C), the humidity is 92%, and skies are cloudy with light snow.  Winds are form the NE at 2-11 mph, and the pressure is 29.95 in (1014.2 mb) and steady.  Yesterday’s high was 31F (-1C) and the overnight low was 28F (-2C).  Average temps for this date are 26F / 13F.  Sunrise was at 7:57 AM and sunset will be at 5:40 PM.
