Clouds And Filtered Sun For Our Friday – Mid Michigan

This morning was very cold with our wake up temp at only 10F.  Since then, the temperature has recovered into the low 20s and we aren’t expecting it to get much warmer.  At least we can sort of see the sun behind a veil of clouds and winds aren’t too strong.  We continue to have snow cover of about 4 inches and don’t expect that to melt anytime soon.  I’m hearing reports of another weather system moving in over the weekend which could bring more snow.  There isn’t too much information yet on that so we’ll just have to wait and see.

Our 11:15 AM temp is 22F (-6C), the humidity is 68%, and winds are from the NW at 2-6 mph giving us a wind chill of 16F (-10C).  The dew point is 11F (-12C), and the pressure is 30.08 in and steady.  Visibility is 10 miles.   Yesterday’s high was 22F (-6C) and the overnight low was 10C (-12C).  Average temps for this date are 27F – 13F.  Sunrise was at 7:54 AM and sunset will be at 5:44 PM.
