Sunny But Very Cold In Mid Michigan

Our morning has been very pretty but very cold.  It seems good to see the sun, something that we don’t have much of this time of year.  Unfortunately, tomorrow sounds like it will be a washout, but at least it will be rain.  Most of the leaves are now off the trees and colors here in southern Michigan were a disappointment this year.  I think our temperatures were just too warm most of October, so we had to trade color for warmth.

Our 12:30 PM temperature is 41°F (5°C), the humidity is 64%, and skies are mostly clear.  Winds are from the SSE at 2-5 mph, and the pressure is 30.05 in (1017.6 mb) and steady.  The dew point is 31°F (-1°C).  Yesterday’s high was 39°F (4°C) and the overnight low was 25°F (-4°C).  Sunrise was at 7:29 AM and sunset will be at 5:12 PM.

DURAND / OWOSSO FORECAST:

Today:  A mix of clouds and sun.  High 43°F.  Winds SE at 5-10 mph.

Tonight:  Becoming cloudy with a chance of showers.  Low 36°F.  Winds SSE at 10-15 mph.  Chance of rain 30%.

Wednesday:  Cloudy with periods of light rain.  High 58°F.  Winds SW at 10-15 mph.  Chance of rain 90%.
