A Very Mild, But Gloomy Wednesday For Mid Michigan

Today will be the warmest that we’ll probably have for quite a while with highs expected near 60°F.  Unfortunately, it’s also supposed to be quite wet although all we’ve had so far is a brief 2 minute shower.  Radar is showing most of the rain to our north and heading in a easterly direction.  I’m expecting more to develop later today.  Yesterday was beautiful although highs were only in the low 40s.  There was very little wind and lots of sun, so it felt much warmer.

Our 1:15 PM temperature is 59°F (15°C), the humidity is 98%, and skies are overcast.  Winds are from the SSW at 5-11 mph, and the dew point is 59°F (15°C).  The pressure is 29.71 in (1006.1 mb) and falling.  Visibility is 3 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 42°F (6°C) and the overnight low was 39°F (4°C).  Sunrise was at 7:31 AM and sunset will be at 5:11 PM.
