It’s Snowing In Mid Michigan

I got up to 1.5 inches of snow on the ground and it’s been snowing steadily since then.  I’m guessing that we now have 2+ inches.  The birds are having an eating frenzy this morning and I’m glad that I filled all my feeders yesterday.  Temperatures aren’t expected to warm up much with highs only expected to reach the low to mid 30s today.  At least it seems bright outdoors with the snow.  This is expected to last most of the day.

Our 9:45 AM temp is 31°F (-1°C), the humidity is 99%, and skies are cloudy with light snow.  Winds are from the NE at 0-8 mph and the dew point is 30°F (-1°C).  The pressure is 29.93 in (1013.6 mb) and falling.  Visibility is 1 mile and the wind chill is 29°F (-2°C).  Sunrise was at 8:03 AM and sunset will be at 5:03 PM.  Yesterday’s high was 37°F (3°C) and the overnight low was 29°F (-2°C).  Average temps for this date are 33°F / 23°F.
