Could See Our First Snow – Mid Michigan

Although our temperatures are much below average, we are expecting another warmup by the weekend.  Temps could rise to near 70F once again.  But before that happens, we could get our first taste of snow.  No accumulations are expected but flurries are indeed a possibility.  The weather this year has certainly been a roller coaster, and just when we think there will be no more warm temps, Mother Nature surprises us.  We have a wedding to go to on Friday, so I hope that clear skies accompany the warm weather.  Is that asking too much?

Our 10:45 am temperature is 41F, the humidity is 85% and skies are cloudy.  The dew point is 36F and visibility is 10 miles.  Winds are from the west at 3-7 mph and the pressure is 29.54 in and steady.  Yesterday’s high was 53F and the overnight low was 40F.  Average temps for this date are 60F / 40F.  Sunrise was at 7:53 AM and sunset will be at 6:52 PM.
