Another Cold, Snowy, Cloudy Day – Mid Michigan

This is our 4th day with snow and below average temperatures.  We have about 2 inches of snow cover with some ice.  We would have a lot more except there was quite a bit of thawing in spite of the cold temperatures.  Today should be the end of it with some warming over the next several days.  Thursday will be the warmest, and that is good considering that my husband plans on cooking the turkey outdoors.  We have to make a trip to Detroit on Wednesday so I’m thankful that the weather will be good.

Our 1:45 PM temperature is 25°F, the humidity is 69%, and winds are from the west at 5-13 mph.  The dew point is 16°F and the pressure is 30.06 in and steady.  Visibility is 5 miles.  Skies are cloudy with snow flurries.  Yesterday’s high was 28°F and the overnight low was 12°F.  Average temps for this date are 45°F / 30°F.  Sunrise was at 7:36 AM and sunset will be at 5:10 PM.

DURAND / OWOSSO FORECAST:
