Some Overnight Rain, Now Cloudy Skies – Mid Michigan

We received 0.21″ of rain overnight but now we just have dreary skies.  The rain seems to be over for now but more is in the forecast for tonight.  Our temperatures will continue to be mild until another arctic blast descends on us from Canada next week.  Highs are only expected to be in the 20s.  Our grass is still very green, which is unusual for mid January.    More rain is expected tonight and some thunder isn’t out of the question.

Our 2PM temperature is 44°F, the humidity is 93%, and winds are from the SW at 3-11 mph.  The wind chill is 39°F and visibility is 10 miles.  The pressure is 29.42″ and falling.  Yesterday’s high was 39°F and our overnight low was 34°F.  Average temps for this date are 30°F / 15°F.  Record temps for Jan. 18 at 54°F / -21°F.  Sunrise was at 8:04 AM and sunset will be at 5:32 PM.
