A Little Warmer With Snow . . . . .

A Little Warmer With Snow . . . . .

We have snow in our forecast once again, and what we got three days ago is still there.  At least it is much warmer today, but not enough for anything to melt.  Our area is expecting at least two inches tonight and tomorrow.  Lake effect will be coming off of Lake Huron for a change, so the east side and thumb areas of the state will be most impacted.  I’m sure that makes the folks near Lake Michigan happy.  I think they have enough snow for now.

Our 3 PM temperature is 24°F, the humidity is 84%, and winds are from the NW at 3-7 mph.  The pressure is 29.89 in and falling, and the dew point is 19°F.  Yesterday’s high was 18°F and the overnight low was 17°F.  Average temps for this date are 30°F/15°F.  The record high for Jan 17 is 59°F set in 1952, and the record low is -18°F set in 1976.  Sunrise was at 8:05 AM and sunset will be at 5:31 PM.
