Yesterday began with sun and ended with some state-wide severe weather. We had a few showers and a little thunder, but nothing severe. As of late last night, many on the west side of the state were without power, and severe thunderstorm warnings were in effect until the wee hours of the morning. We could see a repeat tonight. The severe thunderstorm watch area hasn’t quite reach us as yet, but I’m expecting it any time. Fox weather radar is showing it to hit us about 6 or 7 PM. Yesterday, the rain moved in during the early afternoon, then became heavier as the day wore on. The heaviest came during the early evening up until about 9 PM.
