Hot And Humid . . . . .

Hot And Humid . . . . .

Yesterday began with sun and ended with some state-wide severe weather.  We had a few showers and a little thunder, but nothing severe.  As of late last night, many on the west side of the state were without power, and severe thunderstorm warnings were in effect until the wee hours of the morning.  We could see a repeat tonight. More Rain On The Way . . . .

Yesterday, the rain moved in during the early afternoon, then became heavier as the day wore on.  The heaviest came during the early evening up until about 9 PM.  We received just under two inches of rain.  So far today, it has been dry but it looks like we will get a little more.  Temperatures are much cooler and that always makes me happy. Our 1:30 PM temperature is 75°F, the humidity is 83%, and skies are overcast.  Winds are…
