Alberto wasn’t too impressive as he passed over my area. A severe TS warning was issued for our county, but what we got was quite benign. There were a few lightning flashes and thunder which didn’t seem too close. Gusty winds lasted about 5 minutes and the first band of rain only brought 0.10″. This morning is tranquil but that is expected to change as the day goes on. The remnants of Tropical Storm Alberto will be moving in over us late today and early tomorrow.
