Yesterday was a complete washout with nearly continuous rain and a thunderstorm in the afternoon. The Michigan State-Penn State game was postponed for 3.5 hours and the stadium was evacuated because of lightning. Because of this storm, areas of Lansing were without power for awhile. After waking to our first snow cover yesterday morning, today will bring warmer temperatures. Halloween was not the best for our kids, but I don’t think they notice the cold weather as they aim for their quest of abundant candy and treats.
