A Warm But Wet Day In Mid Michigan

Although temperatures today will be above average, it will be wet with rain expected most of the day.  There is just a hint of snow cover left , mainly where the snow piles were,  and our weather seems to be back to normal for November.  There aren’t any big weather systems expected to hit us anytime soon, so that’s always a good thing.  In fact, local meteorologists are saying that the remainder of November and most of December should be rather tame.  I hope that they’re right.

Our 10:15 AM temperature is 41°F (5°C),  the humidity is 83%, and skies are overcast with light rain.  Winds are from the SSE at 15 mph giving us a wind chill of 35°F (2°C).   The pressure is 29.91 in and falling.  Visibility is 5 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 45°F (7°C) and the overnight low was 41°F (5°C).  Averages for this date are 44°F / 31°F.  Sunrise was at 7:35 AM and sunset will be at  5:08 PM.
