Yesterday became cloudy with rain developing in the late afternoon. It ended right around midnight and we only received 0.12″. This morning began with fog and cloudy skies. After almost a week of gloom, we finally have clear skies. But with that came very cold temperatures. It was only 12F when I got up this morning. We should see a substantial warm-up later but temps will probably not rise above the freezing mark. Another significant rise in temperatures is coming our way with highs above average.
